Shipping Policy

We ship our products worldwide!

In-Stock Items – In-Stock items will be marked as “IN STOCK”. Items marked otherwise are not in stock and/or are in production which will take longer to ship out.

Order Packing Time – Most in stock items will ship out within the next business day but can take up to three days for an order to ship out. Please plan accordingly. Under certain circumstances we can accommodate.

Pre-Order/Backorder Items – Pre-Order or Backorder items are expected to arrive on their scheduled ETA date (Estimated Time of Arrival). While we do our best for this timeline to be accurate there can be delays from our manufacturers and/or shipping companies which we have no control over. We do our best to plan accordingly and notify our customers of an accurate ETA date.

Tracking Numbers – A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates – Shipping rates are priced at a flat rate fee for both USA and International Shipments.

  • $20 Flat rate shipping to all countries.

Shipping Times – Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. The day the item is shipped does not count as a shipping date.

  • Typically 2 weeks

Change of Shipping Address – Customer is held liable for the confirmation of a change for their original shipping address. Change of address has to be confirmed on the system. If the shipping address did not change and is shipped to a previous address, customer will need to retrieve the package. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.

Incorrect Shipping Address – eBoardShop is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Shipping carriers are unable to change or make modifications to the shipping address when in route. Customer is held liable for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.
